If you’ve changed your mind shortly after placing an order, you can get in touch with us directly via the online chat or email Siifrofficial@gmail.com.
For most standard releases, you may be eligible to cancel or return your order in line with the policies below. However, orders resulting from auctions, draws, and certain other release types are subject to specific restrictions.
Please review the relevant sections below carefully before placing an order.

For standard releases, cancellation or change requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate any requests made after this window, as the artwork will already have entered production or been dispatched—either directly to you or to our studio or framing partners.

If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, or materially not as described, please contact us via the online chat or email Siifrofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible.
If damage is visible on delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
If an issue is discovered after delivery, you must notify us within 14 days of discovering the issue. Notifications made within the timeframe required by applicable consumer law will be treated as valid.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
Please note that you will not be eligible to claim under this clause if you were made aware of the issue prior to purchase.

Once your artwork has arrived, you have 14 days to let us know if you're not 100% happy with it and would like a refund. You can get in touch with us at Siifrofficial@gmail.com.
We are only able to process refunds for artworks returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, with accompanying documentation enclosed – including the Certificate of Authenticity and any other items within the box where applicable.
For all returns we arrange a door to door collection, which we will coordinate with you directly following your request. A tracking number will be provided. Please do not book your own courier as this will not be tracked by our system and could mean that your order is not eligible for a refund.
Once we have safely received the artwork we will process your refund. Refunds for returned goods will be made within 14 days of their arrival to our warehouse. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and can take 5-10 days to appear in your account.
You will be refunded for the price of the artwork, minus a handling fee. The exact amount varies based on size, weight and location.
If your delivery address is within the EU , we will refund you any EU VAT that you paid as part of your order. However, we are unable to refund any import duties paid by you on import to local customs. In some cases, you may be able to reclaim these costs from your local tax authorities.

Artworks must be returned in perfect condition, including in their original packaging and with the Certificate of Authenticity you received with the piece, if applicable. We are unable to accept any returns that are missing their Certificate of Authenticity.
